This Creamy Alfredo Lasagna Soup is packed with sausage 


– 2 cups heavy cream
– 1 cup marinara sauce
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
– 8 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
– 1 teaspoon dried basil
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
– Ricotta cheese (optional for topping)
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the ground Italian sausage and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.
2. Add the diced onion and garlic to the pot and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
3. Pour in the chicken broth, heavy cream, and marinara sauce. Stir well to combine.
4. Add the broken lasagna noodles to the pot along with the dried basil and oregano. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10-12 minutes until the noodles are tender.
