°1 cup pecan halves
+Optional: whipped cream or ice cream to serve
*Methods :
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together the corn syrup, sugar, eggs, melted butter and vanilla extract.
Stir in pecan halves until mixture is smooth.
Pour the mixture over the uncooked pie crust.
Placing pie on a baking sheet & baking for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the filling is set and crust is golden brown.
Removing from oven and let cool.
Serve the pie cold or at room temperature, top with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
