Sweet Potato Pound Cake with Pecan Caramel Glaze Recipe!

For the Sweet Potato Pound Cake:

1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup mashed sweet potatoes (about 2 medium sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed)
1/2 cup sour cream
For the Pecan Caramel Glaze:
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
