Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped pecans toasted
- 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat that oven to 350°F and grease up a 9×13 baking dish.

In a big ol’ bowl, mix both the sugars with the vegetable oil and eggs until smooth and creamy.

Now stir in that vanilla. Mmm!

Toss in the self-rising flour and salt, and keep mixing until it’s all combined.

Last but not least, fold in those delicious toasted pecans by hand until they’re evenly distributed.

Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350°F until golden brown. Use a toothpick to make sure the center is fully baked.
