1 raw cake dough
2 cups brown sugar
6 tablespoons flour
pinch of salt
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1.5 cups condensed milk
Optional: powdered sugar for sprinkling
Instructions :
Preheat the oven: Start by preheating the oven to 400°F (204°C).
2.Prepare the filling: In a saucepan, combine brown sugar and flour. Gradually add condensed milk, butter, salt and vanilla extract. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. Pour this hot filling into the unbaked pie crust.
3.Bake the cake: Place the cake in the oven and bake at 400°F for 5 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 177°C (350°F) and continue baking for about 25 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
