So much goodness and so easy to make with 3 ingredients!

1 pound pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)

12 slices smoked ham (thinly sliced)

1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 1/4-inch-thick rectangle.

Lay the ham slices over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Evenly spread the shredded cheese over the ham.

Roll the dough tightly from a long edge, as you would a jelly roll.

Cut the log into 1-inch sections and place them on the baking sheet.

Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Let cool slightly before serving.
