**Directions:**
1. Season the salmon fillets and shrimp with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the salmon fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove and set aside with the salmon.
4. In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed, then add garlic and onion. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens.
6. Return the salmon and shrimp to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Heat through.
7. Serve the salmon and shrimp with sauce over cooked pasta or rice, garnished with chopped parsley.
