Roasted Beetroot with Garlic by Jamie Oliver: The ultimate vegetable dish

Improves skin and bone strength.

Relieves menstrual pains.

To prepare the recipe, we need:

½ kg of beets

1 large head of garlic

Salt

marjoram

Ground black pepper (or other spices or herbs)

6 spoons of olive oil

3 spoons of balsamic vinegar

Preparation:

Clean the beets and cut them into circles.

Cover the baking tray with aluminum foil – it should also cover the sides of the tray.

Place the beet pieces on the foil.

Add unpeeled garlic cloves, season with salt, spices and herbs.

Finally, sprinkle with the liquid ingredients.
