Quick Beetroot Salad

1.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt pepper
Preparation
Peel and dice the beets. Chop the onions and parsley.
In a bowl, combine the beets, onions, parsley, garlic, oil and balsamic vinegar. Salt and pepper. Reserve in the refrigerator before serving chilled.
