Oven Fried Feta Rolls with Chili Honey 


Phyllo dough
200g feta cheese, crumbled
Fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 egg, lightly beaten
50 ml olive oil
Chili flakes for garnish
Sesame seeds for garnish
Homemade or store-bought chili honey for drizzling
Instructions:
Prepare the Filling: Combine the crumbled feta and chopped parsley in a bowl.
Assemble the Rolls: Cut the phyllo dough into strips. Place a generous amount of the feta mixture on each strip, roll up tightly, and seal the edge with a touch of the beaten egg.
Season: Brush each roll with olive oil, sprinkle with chili flakes and sesame seeds.
