Apple cider vinegar
Nutritional yeast (flaked)
Optional: a little honey
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix one spoonful of coffee grounds, half a spoonful of apple cider vinegar, and half a teaspoon of nutritional yeast. Add a bit of honey if desired.
Blend until well mixed.
Application:
Apply the mask to your face or body.
Leave it on for about 10 minutes.
Rinse off thoroughly with water.
Follow up with a moisturizing cream.
Use once a week for optimal results.
