Instructions:
First, melt the dark chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until fully melted.
Add the sweetened condensed milk to the melted chocolate and mix well until smooth and fully combined.
Next, add ½ cup of the cocoa powder and stir until the mixture is homogenous. Then, add the remaining cocoa powder and mix again.
Line a glass dish with plastic wrap, pour in the mixture, and spread it evenly. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours or until firm.
Remove the dessert from the glass dish, take off the plastic wrap, dust with cocoa powder, cut into squares, and serve.
