1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Lobster Mash:
2 large lobster tails (or 1 lb cooked lobster meat)
2 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and diced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
