In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, salt, and the egg. Mix well.
Add the powdered yeast and integrate it thoroughly. Let it sit for about 15 minutes until it becomes foamy.
In another container, place the flour and create a small well in the center. Pour in the yeast and milk mixture and start combining the ingredients with a spatula.
Once you have a sticky dough, add an additional 3 tablespoons of flour. The dough should still be slightly sticky.
Knead the dough on a work surface. Add 40 grams of butter (cut into cubes) and knead until it separates from the surface.
Open the dough and add the 2 teaspoons of vinegar, kneading again to integrate.
Place the dough in an oiled container, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Spread the dough into a square shape and spread the remaining butter over the surface.
Fold the dough, cut into strips, and shape them into rolls or rings.
