Ingredients:
200 – 300 ml water
Ceylon cinnamon
Honey
Preparation:
Boil the water and add a teaspoon of cinnamon to a cup.
Pour the boiling water over the cinnamon, stirring well.
Allow the mixture to steep for 15 minutes, then let it cool.
Stir in two teaspoons of honey until well mixed.
Consume half a cup before breakfast and the other half before going to bed.
