2 sprigs fresh rosemary (or 1 tablespoon dried rosemary)
red or white wine
Preparation:
Wash the rosemary sprigs and let them dry.
Then put them in a jar and pour wine over them.
If you do not have fresh rosemary, you can alternatively use 30 g of dry rosemary per 1 liter of wine.
Seal them in the vessel and let it stand for 7 days.
Shake the container daily.
Then filter the wine and pour it into a bottle.
Store in a dark and cool place.
Treat yourself to a glass of this wine every night – of course, if you’re going to drive, don’t drink the drink.
Use for 30 days and then take a break.
