Preparation: The oven preheat to 375°F (190°C).Topping: In a shallow bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Place the beaten eggs in another shallow bowl and spread the breadcrumbs in a third shallow bowl.
Dredge: Dip each chicken strip in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten eggs and finally coat evenly with breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to ensure it sticks.
