Peel and finely chop the garlic, then crush it into a paste using a mortar and pestle.
Peel the onion and grate it, combining it with the garlic paste.
Grate the ginger root and add it to the mixture.
Squeeze the juice from the lemons and mix it with the honey and other ingredients.
Cover the mixture and let it sit overnight, approximately 8 hours, to allow the ingredients to infuse.
Strain the mixture and transfer it into a glass bottle with a lid for storage.
Keep the bottle in the refrigerator; it can be stored for up to a month.
