Instructions:
First, hydrate the powdered gelatine in a saucepan with the water and set aside. Then bring the pan to the boil, stirring until the gelatine is completely dissolved, but without letting the mixture boil.
Next, with the gelatine already dissolved, add the sugar and keep stirring until it starts to boil. It is crucial to stir continuously to ensure that the sugar dissolves completely.
Then, as soon as the mixture starts to boil, remove it from the heat and add the coloring and essence of your choice.
Then make sure you use a dye that matches the essence you have chosen, such as strawberry essence with red dye, or orange essence with orange dye.
Now grease a mold with oil and pour the gelatin mixture into it. Now leave to set for approximately 12 hours at room temperature and out of the fridge.
Finally, after this period, unmold the mixture and cut it into squares or into the desired shape, then roll the jelly beans in crystal sugar for the finishing touch.
