CREAMY SALMON AND SHRIMP ALFREDO DELIGHT  (Absolutely delicious)


3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
🔔 INSTRUCTIONS:
STEP 1: COOK THE PASTA
– Boil Water: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
STEP 2: COOK THE SEAFOOD
– Sauté Shrimp: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
– Cook Salmon: In the same skillet, add the salmon pieces and cook for about 4-5 minutes until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside with the shrimp.
STEP 3: MAKE THE ALFREDO SAUCE
– Sauté Garlic: In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
– Add Cream: Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
– Incorporate Cheese: Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
