Cream Cheese Banana Bread 


2 to 3 large eggs
1 to 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 to 5 ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 cup sour cream
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
Directions:
🔥 Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
🥄 Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
🍚 Cream Butter and Sugar:
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
🥚 Add Eggs and Vanilla:
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
🍌 Add Bananas and Sour Cream:
Mix in the mashed bananas and sour cream until well combined.
🧀 Prepare Cream Cheese Layer:
In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
🥮 Assemble the Bread:
Pour half of the banana batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Spread the cream cheese over the batter.
