Preparation of the Drink
Boil the water.
Add the cinnamon stick, peeled and chopped ginger, and cloves.
After the water boils, continue cooking for 5-7 minutes.
Squeeze in lemon juice and add to the water.
Drink this warm beverage twice daily (morning and evening).
