Instructions:
Start by preheating your oven while you prepare the cake. Start by caramelizing the sugar in a 25 cm round cake pan. Then spread the jam well all over the bottom of your pan and the sides of the pan.
Then fill the bottom of your mold well with banana slices already cut into slices or can be lengthwise and then set aside.
Add in your blender the eggs, the cup of milk, 1 and 1/2 cup of sugar and also 3 tablespoons of butter or can be margarine and then beat.
Put the mixture well in a bowl with the 2 cups of flour and with a tablespoon of baking powder.
Then mix well and pour over the bananas in your mold.
Finally, add to the preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
