Gelatine Preparation
First, using a bowl, add the hot water (250 ml) and the contents of the grape gelatine packets. Then mix vigorously until the gelatine is completely dissolved.
Next, pour in the cold water (250 ml) and continue stirring until incorporated. Pour the dissolved grape gelatine into a rectangular mold or container and refrigerate for approximately 2 to 3 hours, until it is firmly solidified.
Then repeat this process with the other gelatine flavors and refrigerate them to set.
Finally, once they have set, remove the gelatins from the fridge, cut them into small cubes and arrange them in a bowl. Now set aside.
For The Cream:
First, hydrate the colorless gelatine in a small bowl, following the instructions on the package.
Then, using a blender, add the cream, milk, condensed milk, sugar and the dissolved colorless gelatine. Blend for about 1 minute until the mixture is smooth.
Then pour this mixture over the gelatine cubes in the bowl and mix well to combine.
Next, lightly grease a 25 cm diameter central-hole pan with oil (or use two or three pans if necessary).
Finally, pour the mixture into the mold and refrigerate for about 2 to 3 hours, until firm.
It’s ready, now take it out of the fridge and serve this delicious colored jelly.
