How to Make Baked Chicken Tacos
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat to 400 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
Step 2: In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.Once hot, add the onion and sauté until clear and aromatic, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 3: Add chicken, taco seasoning, fully drained tomatoes and green chiles. Stir well until completely mixed. Reduce the heat to a simmer and let it cook for about 5 to 8 minutes.
Step 4: Place the standing tacos in the baking dish.Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake the tacos until crispy, about 5 minutes. Take them out of the oven when they are done.
