Alfredo Chicken Wings
1 tablespoon olive oil
For the Alfredo Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Wings:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.
Season the wings with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Make the Alfredo Sauce:
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add heavy cream, stirring constantly, then bring the mixture to a simmer. Slowly whisk in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
