°1 t dried parsley

°½ – 1 pound flat iron or sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces

Step 1: Without steak, place all other ingredients in a large ziplock bag and stir them together with a spoon until well combined to form a marinade.
Step 2: Drop the steaks in and close them. Gently shake the steaks into the bag so that the steaks are well coated with the seasoning. Next, put the refrigerator in the standing position for more than 3 hours. Make sure the steak is thoroughly soaked in salt water so that it absorbs enough liquid.
Step 3: Heat a large frying pan until very hot. Remove steaks from the marinade with a perforated spoon and gently place in the hot skillet. Get rid of the marinade after.
Step 4: Cook the steak to the desired temperature. For a good medium, cook for 3 minutes.
