Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken tenderloins
Oil for frying (canola, vegetable, or olive oil)
For the Marinade:
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
For the Breading:
1 cup all-purpose flour (measured, then sifted)
1 cup panko crumbs
1 1/4 teaspoons salt (adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons parsley flakes
1 teaspoon ground paprika
1 teaspoon cornstarch
