𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗳 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗼𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗲𝘀


1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon tomato paste
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
For the Mashed Potatoes:
2 pounds potatoes, peeled and quartered
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese for topping
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Press the meat mixture into a loaf pan. Spread ketchup over the top.
Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top and return to oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.
For the mashed potatoes: Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain.
