3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup bourbon
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 tsp ghost pepper hot sauce (adjust to taste for heat level)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
Season the Steaks: Generously season both sides of the steaks with salt and pepper.
Sear the Steaks: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside to rest.
Make the Sauce: Lower the heat to medium and add butter to the skillet. Once melted, add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add Bourbon: Carefully pour in the bourbon, stirring and letting it cook for 1-2 minutes until it reduces slightly.
